AVAS Opens European Office in Brussels to Strengthen Africa - Europe Agribusiness Partnerships

AVAS Consulting Limited has announced the opening of its European office in Brussels, Belgium, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen commercial, institutional and investment links between Africa and Europe. The new office will serve as AVAS’s European hub, supporting African agribusinesses, food producers and agricultural institutions seeking access to European markets, while also helping European organisations identify high-quality partnership and investment opportunities across Africa.
The Brussels office has been established to deepen engagement with European buyers, development agencies, financial institutions, governments, trade associations and private sector organisations. It will also support AVAS’s growing portfolio of Buyers Missions, international conferences, training programmes and market access initiatives designed to increase trade, investment and knowledge exchange between the two regions.
Leading the European office is Noella Mulaba, who has been appointed Head of European Business Development & Partnerships. Based in Belgium, Noella brings extensive experience in international business development, logistics, supply chain operations and stakeholder engagement. She will lead AVAS’s European partnership strategy, develop relationships with buyers and institutional partners, identify funding and collaboration opportunities, and support African businesses looking to expand successfully into European markets.
The establishment of the Brussels office reflects AVAS’s long-term commitment to building practical bridges between Africa and the global marketplace. By maintaining a permanent presence in Europe, the company will be better positioned to support clients with market intelligence, business matchmaking, trade promotion, regulatory guidance and strategic partnerships that create lasting commercial opportunities.
